Job Title: VMWare ESXi Support Engineer
Required Experience:
A minimum of 10 years work experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in the following:
1. Installing and setting up ESXi cluster using either version 6.x or 7.x
2. Managing and maintaining the ESXi environment using the vCenter 6.x or 7.x.
3. Ability to write scripts using the VMWare CLI and PowerShell utilities to automate setup and management activities in the ESXI environment 6.x or 7.x.
4. Managing large ESXi environment 6.x or 7.x using vCenter to
a. Create, clone, snapshot, maintain, backup and restore VMs
b. Create and manage datastore and virtual networking
c. Manage and maintain ESXi servers
5. Managing and supporting Servers, storage, and network
6. Experience in setting up Site Recovery Manager is desired
7. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Education: A degree from an accredited College or University in the field of services is preferred
