Is there a free trial?
Yes, you can create a free account and use the limited basic services. There is no obligation to pay for the premium memberships. You can upgrade your account at any time if you choose to do so.

When will my membership start?
You will have immediate access after your online payment is authorized. If you pay using the invoicing method your membership starts after we receive payment.

Can I change my promoted jobs?
Yes, you can change your promoted jobs at any time. Simply designate which jobs you want promoted and click confirm.

Can I sign up for the yearly rate and pay monthly?
The yearly rate is discounted to reflect full payment in advance.

What happens when my paid membership expires?
Your account reverts to the free membership status and limitations.

Can I add additional accounts in my organization at a discount?
Yes, please contact sales to obtain a quote.

Can I get an invoice and pay by check?
Yes, one of the payment options is "create an invoice" which will generate an invoice you can print out and submit with your payment. Your membership will not be activated until we receive your payment.

What if I create an invoice and change my mind?
No problem, the invoice is to help you process the payment within your organization. If you change your mind you can ignore the invoice.

Can I cancel before the end of my term and get a partial refund?
All sales are final and will not be refunded.

Is online ordering secure?
Yes, after you click on a package option above you go to a secure page which encrypts all of your data just like online banking.

Can I get a quote for a customized plan?

How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Just login and press `Settings` then `Manage Subscription` or send us a message using our contact form and we will take care of it for you.
