Responsibilities
Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing
of payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees
- Utilizes the payroll and time and attendance systems to answer questions, process payroll,
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, change of status, etc.
- Checks timesheets for accuracy, compiles data, and uploads data into database/payroll provider
- Maintains appropriate documentation and audit log regarding payroll
- Identifies and recommends updates to payroll accounting software, process, and procedures
- Communicates with Managers and Insperity personnel to process payroll in a timely manner
- Helps with reconciliations and problem solving related to payroll
- Benefit Administration
- Excel Pivot Tables (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Experience level: Experienced
