Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset Effective negotiation skills A business-related degree is preferred but not required Can effectively build relationships Willingness to consistently preform outbound activity to source clients and canidates Willingness to be coached and follow a proven system Applicants should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be goal-orientated.
