Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zoho Account Executive to join our team at Urban Living, a real estate development management and strategic consultancy services company. As a Zoho Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Zoho CRM system to enhance sales efficiency and drive revenue growth. This position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Zoho Account Executive or similar role
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing Zoho CRM system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is a plus
  • Certification in Zoho CRM is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and optimize Zoho CRM system to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Generate reports and provide insights on sales performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing and operational efforts
  • Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members on Zoho CRM
  • Stay up to date with Zoho CRM updates and new features to maximize system utilization
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Zoho CRM system
  • Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
