YARD & SHOP LABORER

The essential job functions or duties of this position are as follows:

• Heavy timber handling, including receiving staging and cycle counts of timber


• Project loading onto Flatbed Trucks.


• Shop work as needed. This may include planing, shaping, molding, and other basic woodworking jobs as necessary.


• Use of various hand and power tools and other woodworking equipment.


• General cleanup and maintenance of the warehouse and exterior storage yard.


• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Skills / Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED.


• Ability to lift 50lbs continuously.


• Must be able to work under tight deadlines.


• Willing to work outdoors in any weather conditions.


• Skilled in stacking/handling heavy timbers.


• Forklift experience
