We are looking for a Customer Service Associate in our Rock Yard to provide excellent customer service for our business and distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our locations satisfied and you will contribute to the branch's profitability.

Responsibilities

• Go the extra mile to engage customers

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers questions about specific products/services
• Cross-sell products
• Coordinate with your team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients complaints
• Inform customers about new products and services
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Requirements

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

• Valid professional drivers license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• Ability to lift 50-70 pounds
