Role: Workday QA Location: Hybrid onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL Duration:LongTerm Interview: Video Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with Workday implementation testing expertise to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Workday system implementations by testing and verifying system functionality. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting defects and working closely with the implementation team to resolve issues. Organizational Relationships: - IT Leadership: Managers, Directors, and senior Directors
- IT Teams: BI, BA, Security, DevOps, DBA, Architecture, Infrastructure, PMO
- Product owners /Product stakeholders
- Scrum team members: Developers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Project Managers
Key Responsibilities: - Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday system implementations.
- Execute test plans and scripts to verify system functionality and ensure system quality.
- Identify and report defects and work with the implementation team to resolve issues.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and provide input on defect prioritization.
- Ensure adherence to testing best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Workday system implementations.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress and defects to the implementation team.
- Participate in post-implementation testing to ensure successful deployment of Workday system implementations.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Finance modules
- Experience in testing Workday system implementations
- Experience in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience in defect reporting and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Workday certification is a plus.
