Required Skills:

• Should have worked on the Workday platform for 7+ years.
• Should have experience leading large transformation projects in a Technical role (link removed)>
• The requirement is for candidates with excellent implementation experience.
• We need candidates with experience in Workday Integration and Workday Studio.
• Candidate should have experience in Large Scale Implementations: at least 100,000 Employees across 10+ Countries.
• Transformation should be in companies operating in multiple geographies.
• Should be able to chart a path for cutover and bring in experience from previous cutover activities (link removed)>
• Should be able to anticipate from previous experience the potential problems and be able to incorporate in planning.
• Should be detail oriented, be able to provide technical inputs.
• Retail experience is a nice to have for scale and geographic footprint.
