| 1. Should have worked on the Workday platform for 7+ years 2. Should have experience leading large transformation projects in a Technical role 3. The requirement is for candidates with excellent implementation experience 4. We need candidates with experience in Workday Integration and Workday Studio. 5. Candidate should have experience in Large Scale Implementations: at least 100,000 Employees across 10+ Countries. 6. Transformation should be in companies operating in multiple geographies. 7. Should be able to chart a path for cutover and bring in experience from previous cutover activities 8. Should be able to anticipate from previous experience the potential problems and be able to incorporate in planning 9. Should be detail oriented, be able to provide technical inputs 10. Retail experience is a nice to have for scale and geographic footprint |
