Work-from-home Mortgage Loan Originator Duties and Responsibilities

Engage with mortgage loan borrowers through phone calls, video conferencing, or in-person meetings, providing guidance throughout the entire loan process.

Review financial information from relevant parties to facilitate informed decision-making.

Originate and evaluate mortgage loans in accordance with company guidelines and standards.

Submit and monitor the status of loan applications, ensuring timely progress.

Maintain positive client relationships by keeping them well-informed at every stage.

Collaborate with realtors, account representatives, AMC, community personnel, and sales agents as necessary.

Work-from-homeMortgage Loan Originator Requirements And Qualifications

Valid Florida driver's license is required.

Active registered Florida NMLS license is required.

Minimum 1 year of Mortgage Loan Originator experience is required.

Proven track record of successfully originating various types of mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, conventional, land, construction non-QM, and reverse mortgages.

Experience in mortgage banking, financial advising, or as a mortgage consultant.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and sales skills.

Knowledge of loan origination and servicing software.

Ability to maintain compliance with financial and lending practices.
