Now Hiring Work From Home 1099 Remote Florida Mortgage Loan Officers

US Mortgage Lenders LLC is hiring remote Work From Home Mortgage Loan Originators who have a track record of honesty and integrity. We are a highly established mortgage company hiring self-sufficient mortgage loan originators to market our unique loan programs and specialized services for the highest payout commission splits. We respect our loan originators independence and encourage them to work remotely while giving them access to our 100+ lender systems and processes and daily Zoom meetings. We provide daily new loan officer training while paying the highest commissions in the industry.or existing home. You will implement a sound financial plan through mortgages and act as your Borrower advocate and adviser with access to 100+ mortgage programs.

You Must have or be willing to acquire State Mortgage Originator License in FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, TX, AR, OK. We are a Mortgage Broker licensed in 11 states and growing. We have an incredible 1099 275 bips compensation plan with over 100+ wholesale Florida mortgage lenders. You can make from 275 bps per file lender paid or borrower paid. You have ability to process and submit your own files.

You must be eager to embrace our systems, tools, and mentorship that our team offers. You must be independent and able to produce at least one mortgage loan per month. You can work from a home office or if you have experience and would like to become a Branch Manager, we have opportunities available for the right candidates.

If you are new to the Mortgage Industry, and would like to learn the mortgage business, we have a step-by-step daily zoom training program. Our goal is to offer you a hands-on approach so you can learn this business and we can develop you into a Branch Manager.

Work From Home Qualifications:
Must have a State Mortgage License through the NMLS
You must be licensed in either Licensed In FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, TX, AR, OK

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Unlimited rages $155,324.00 - $586,225.00 per year
