Wireless Specialist (Full-Time/PT)



Our Wireless Specialist understands that it is possible to build trusting customer service

Relationships, while maintaining sales goals. Being comfortable with approaching

Customers to promote a sale is what our Wireless Specialists are all about. We, reliability

and care are essential in ensuring inventory is managed, procedures are being followed and work

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to greet customers to build relationships and promote wireless products

• Must have experience in the service industry; one year of sales experience can make all the

difference in sales success

• Must own a smart phone with a data plan

• Bi-lingual a plus

• Must have reliable transportation each day.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be 18 years of age

• Must be willing to adhere to “retail hours.” There is a specific schedule and we need

your flexibility and willingness to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays

pay)

Essential Functions:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Must Haves:

1. High school diploma or GED

2. A working smartphone with a data plan (preferably unlimited)

3. Willing to submit to a background check

4. Do you have reliable transportation?

5. Retail based are they willing to work evenings weekends and holidays?

6. Shifts are 10am-6:30pm or 11:30am-8pm but vary based on need.

7. Are they at least 18 years old?

8. Are they authorized to work in the United States?

The dress code is:

Solid black polo shirts or solid black button down shirts but they must have a collar.

Any solid color pants (except stretch or yoga pants) as long as there are no rips or tears.

They can wear any shoes as long as their feet are completely covered.
