Bright Futures Ahead, Mental Health agency, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing websites that not only look visually stunning but also function efficiently. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their vision and goals are met through the design of their websites. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of web design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually stunning and user-friendly websites that meet or exceed client expectations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their website design requirements and objectives
• Create wireframes and prototypes that demonstrate the website's navigation and functionality
• Design and develop graphics, multimedia, and other design elements for use on the website
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of projects
• Implement website updates and ensure that the website conforms to web design standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the development and maintenance of the website

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in web design and development
• Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions to complex design challenges
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with peers and clients.
