DISYS is currently seeking a Web Analytics and Report Developer to be a part of an Agile and high-performance Metrics, Analytics and Reporting Team (MART) at a foremost Healthcare IT Solutions Group located in Oakland, California.

Join a small and highly motivated team that studies and analyzes user engagement with customer facing applications. The MART is increasing the team size and builds a data-driven strategy for decision-making. In addition to looking at historic usge trends, there is a move towards predicting how users will interact with their products.

The ideal candidate is a great team player, will have a minimum of 5 years of database development and will show interest and have been exposed to a multitude of technologies. She/he would have excellent analytical skills with experience in working with web analytics tools, writing SQL queries, setting up user engagement tracking with Google Tag Manager (GTM), and proficient in creating reports with Tableau.

Principal Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in relational database development or administration in a commercial enterprise setting.

• B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering or equivalent work experience.

• 2+ year experience in web analytics implementation and reporting,

• Must demonstrate a clear understanding of the logical and physical database design and data normalization concepts.

• Extensive hands-on experience with MS SQL Server 2016 SSIS, MS SQL Server 2016, SSRS.

• Exhibit a team-based attitude and be skilled at building constructive and effective relationships.
