This job is mainly cleaning backpacking and camping equipment by hand. You must be self motivated and able to work alone.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including cleaning gear, repairing gear, shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase and rental orders and assisting in the retail shop.

Responsible for cleaning, storing and shipping inventory.
Fulfill customer orders.
Identify damaged gear.
Follow all safety codes.
Carry out tasks as assigned by warehouse supervisor or Outdoors Geek management team.
Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Customer service friendly.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Outdoors enthusiast Attentive to detail.Preferred Skills Warehouse workers may often have to work at a rapid pace to meet shipping and receiving deadlines. Excellent physical health is required as most warehouse jobs involve cleaning, loading and unloading gear, and event setup and takedown. The work is physically demanding and requires lifting, bending or standing for long periods of time.
