This position will be responsible for performing various duties within the warehouse, including picking, staging, loading, repackaging, putting away, or transporting all orders according to company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products according to established standards.
Prepare items and assemble packages for shipping.
Load items as needed to move throughout a distribution center.
Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
Determine and build packaging based on product size.
Use basic mathematics to determine the appropriate number of picks.
Move and lift up to 50 pounds of product as needed.
Meet established productivity and quality standards.
Follow safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand pick slips, and work with minimal guidance.
Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management software.
Follow safe work practices and procedures.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and strength.
Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position.
Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish products, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds throughout the shift.
Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, i.e., warehouse.
