The position will require the individual to coordinate logistics duties while handling customer service responsibilities to make sure orders are managed effectively.The position will require the individual to collaborate and work closely with the head of operations with a focus on developing, managing and executing operational processes and tasks in support of day-to-day activities.



Job Overview: 

- Provide full-service customer service to customers to satisfy their needs and 

  requirements

- Plan and manage orders through planning and coordinating with vendors, 

   warehouse, and other relevant parties

- Analyze work processes while doing associated data entry tasks into internal 

  system program

- Inventory tracking and updating

- Record and documentation creation and keeping

- Communicate with customers to provide information on the shipment status, 

  anticipated service failures, new pick-up and delivery times, and alternative 

  solutions where possible.
