Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Packer/Shipper. As a Packer/Shipper, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient packing and shipping of products in our warehouse. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our company. Duties: - Pack products according to established guidelines and procedures - Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate packing - Prepare shipping labels and documentation - Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other warehouse equipment - Perform quality checks on packed items to ensure they meet company standards - Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse - Assist with inventory counts as needed - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Skills: - Experience in materials handling, warehouse, or shipping/receiving preferred - Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required (up to 50 lbs) - Proficiency in operating forklifts or willingness to learn - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Prior experience as a picker/packer is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages, including medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
