Location: [Bangalore - Koramangala]

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT recruiter with a focus on contract hiring
• Knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and trends
• Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
