Duties:
Managing and socializing a product backlog.
Defining and prioritizing backlog requirements for future product development.
Working directly with the development team to clarify requirements.
Working with cross functional teams.
Balancing technical constraints and a differentiated product.
Applying communication & influencing skills.
Ensures user stories are "ready" for development to start work.
Ensures each story has the correct acceptance criteria.
Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog.
Promotes close collaboration with the development team.
Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise.
Tracks progress towards the release of a product.
Works with a cross-functional team in planning a product release.
Advocates on behalf of the customer for the development team.
Prioritizes defect or bug resolution.
Collaborates with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
Engages in all stages of product creation including definition, design, development, and deployment.
Monitors and evaluates product progress at each stage of the process.
Liaisons with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.

Skills:
Experience developing web products required.
Minimum of 1-3 years in a Product Owner (or similar) role required.
Experience working with a Scrum team in an Agile environment required.
Experience in Healthcare preferred.
Working knowledge of product development architecture.
Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.
Ability to prioritize effectively.
Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.
Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting needs of stakeholders.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required and Minimum of 1-3 years in a product owner or similar role required

Schedule Notes: Shift: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM CT 40 hours per week Virtual interviews Adobe Experience Manager experience preferred. Working with the clinical knowledge management platform, will be migrating from sitecore CMS (content management system) to Adobe Experience Manager and workfront.
