The client is looking for one Application Architect III to work 22 hours a week.
Top Skills & Years of Experience:
1. Experience with application development, designing and modifying SharePoint Workflows using Sharepoint Designer 6 Years
2. Experience creating and modifying SharePoint search 6 Years
3. Experience using Qdabra/Infopath or other Form tool 6 Years
4. Experience integrating SharePoint with Third Party tools using .NET, C# and API's - 6 Years
5. Excellent Verbal/Written Communication
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with Okta or other forms of Authentication (2 year)
2. GIS experience, especially Esri JavaScript APIs. (2 years)
3. Government experience (1 year)
Interview Process:
An initial 15-minute technical exam. Camera, audio and screen-sharing are required.
A virtual interview will be scheduled right after the technical exam via Microsoft Teams with audio and camera required. Audio and
video must be in sync.
A second interview may be requested prior to hire.

Duration of the Contract: The initial contract will end on June 30, 2024 with the potential to renew for up to one or more additional state
fiscal years; contingent on available resources.
Onsite or remote? Hybrid remote/in-office. Local to Madison, WI preferred, or the ability to come on site periodically. The contractor must
start on site for a four-day orientation onboarding, followed by one - two more four-day timeframes as requested during the first few
months. Any remote work must be conducted within the United States.

The Department of Natural Resources Information Technology (DNR IT) execute program is seeking applicants for a .NET Web
Developer III position in support of the Division of External Services, Bureau of WaterWays and Customer and Outreach Services to
design, develop, test, implement and maintain features for an application in .NET. This application, the BMP Implementation Tracking
System (BITS), requires complex new modules to expand functionality for tracking water pollution reduction practices in the state. The
development of new features, bug fixes, and minor enhancements will be needed, as well as refactoring of existing code to enhance the
application's stability and performance. This work requires about 50%-time (22 hrs/week) work for a candidate with advanced developer
skillsets and experience.

Additional Details:
This position will start at 22 hrs a week and has opportunity to transition into 40hrs a week as current resource transitions off his project
the following year.

State Government experience would be a plus. State holidays are not paid unless part of work agreement. No overtime and no weekend
differential. If contractor is terminated, or DNR Equipment is damaged, shipment and replacement is done at suppliers expense. Must
have reliable internet provide at own expense.
Pay range - $49 to $55 per hour on W2.
