Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls II Customer Service II Problem Solving.
Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
Provide information about products and services and record details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Requirements:
Graduation required.
1 year of experience in BPO is a must.
Mandatory Skill set : Excellent English + Hindi
Salary : 3.7 LPA ( Depends on Last drawn CTC)
Shifts : Rotational
Transportation : One way transportation is provided for late log out
Mode of work : Work from Office
