VP, Total Rewards and People OperationsEightfold is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards and People Operations to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role will be responsible for leading and executing our total rewards and people operations strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and workforce needs.Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and meet the needs of our employees.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
Collaborate with HR leadership and finance to manage the annual budgeting process for compensation and benefits.
Lead the evaluation and selection of third-party vendors for compensation and benefits administration and manage vendor relationships.
Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff, managers, and employees on compensation and benefits topics.Manage the company's equity administration, including the design and implementation of equity awards and programs.
Partner with the Chief People Officer on all Board related Compensation and Benefits matters.
Advise executive leadership on executive compensation programs and provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
Partner with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in total rewards and people operations, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in total rewards, people operations, global benefits, global compensation, and executive compensation.
Strong knowledge of total rewards programs and best practices.
Ability to prepare Board level materials in partnership with the CHRO
Experience with equity administration and executive compensation.
Experience with preparing a company for IPO readiness.
Proven track record of developing and implementing total rewards and people operations strategies that drive employee engagement and meet business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Manage the HRIS system, including data entry, updates, and maintenance of employee records.
Administer employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and other changes.
Process employee documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and HR forms.
Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment screening processes.
Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and compliance efforts.
