About the teamStrategy, Planning & VM is a newly created team within the Global Operations Org, combining two existing teams (Strategy & Planning and Insights & Analytics) with an additional focus on Value Management.This highly analytical team will represent all Field organizations in their charter, providing a number of critical path services and solutions to the organization.This team will have team members based around the globe and will focus on the following:

Long term strategy & planning, including multi-year financial models, capacity planning, & geo and market expansion plans. Team will also manage field compensation, quotas, territory & HC planning, leading the annual, cross functional, GTM planning cycle.
Develop, deliver, & maintain the Business Management System used by the field teams to run their weekly, month, quarterly business reviews via Tableau, Clari, Excel, PPT, etc.
Develop & scale a Customer Value methodology to be used by the field to showcase the Eightfold impact within a Customers environment.
About the RoleThe leader of this team is dynamic, multi-faceted, and highly analytical, with strong organization and leadership skills.This person has proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.With a lens on the short term and long term, this person can drive short term deliverables, while maintaining a consistent lens on the 18-24 growth horizon.
As a leader within the Global Operations Org, this leader is a capable communicator, excellent relationship builder, and is able to manage cross functional teams.They are organized and able to manage in a PMO type operating environment.This person is able to develop strong relationships with all levels and teams within the field organization, ensuring the voice of the organization is heard and well included in all recommendations and decisions.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop a rolling, long term (3 year) plan, including direct & indirect revenue models, HC, OPEX, and business financials. Align with cross functional teams (Finance, Corp Strategy,HR, etc) on the strategy and outcomes.Define the Field strategic plan, including team(s) roles & responsibilities, capacity planning at the functional, geo, and segment levels, aligning with functional leaders on scaling ratios.Develop and align the ELT on multi-year GEO and Market expansion strategies.Work with Partner team on global partner strategyDevelop annual variable and bonus compensation plans across the field organization, aligning to the annual and longer term business goals & behaviors required in the field.Develop, deliver, & maintain the Business Management System used by the field teams to run their weekly, month, quarterly business reviews via Tableau, Clari, Excel, PPT, etc.Develop & scale a Customer Value methodology to be used by the field to showcase the Eightfold impact within a Customers environment.
QualificationsDirect field experience (in a Customer facing role) is a requirement for this leadership position.Demonstrated experience in Value Management and Strategy & PlanningHave developed and managed business operation platforms & solutions.Have leadership experience managing multiple teams / orgs.Proven track record of delivering to timelines and meeting budgets & goals
