Who you are

As the Vice President, Client Solutions, Lease Administration and Technology Services

you will drive outstanding client outcomes through the use of analytics tools, Colliers360 and the full suite of advisory offerings within Occupier Services. You will have senior accountability for identifying, developing, and converting a pipeline of new client opportunities, with a significant focus on, but not limited to, Colliers360 technology/analytics and lease administration solutions, location and portfolio strategy consulting solutions, and Enterprise Clients accounts including services such as Transaction Management and Project Management. You will work closely with Head of Technology Services and Lease Administration, Head of Client Experience and the various consulting service line leaders, and Enterprise Clients Account Directors.


What you bring


Bachelors degree in a business-related field

10+ or more years of experience in directly relevant role(s)

Strong analytical skills and track record of developing innovative technology strategies and models for business growth.

Ability to think strategically about technology and innovation and how to incorporate it into the client value proposition.

Solid technical knowledge and experience in the use and application of innovative technology, products, and platforms

Ability to speak pragmatically, clearly and compellingly on technical topics with non-technical professionals (clients, industry leadership, others) in meetings, at client and industry events.

Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis, well organized and with excellent time management skills and ability to interface with senior executives.

Experience in cross-organization collaboration to support requirement, development, and implementation activities in support of strategic initiatives.


What success looks like


Sales and solutioning expertise, to target, identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities, with a noted strength in relationship development, building rapport and become a trusted expert/advisor.

Collaborate on the technology and innovation vision, strategy, and roadmap of Colliers360 strategic portfolio initiatives.

Continuous improvement and top-tier familiarity with marketing and sales content and collateral

Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining relationships with other leaders within regions, markets, service and product lines, and functional areas to develop a clear understanding of business and client needs and requirements. Work in partnership with these leaders to build effective cross-departmental partnerships to foster innovation throughout the company.

Enable the voice-of-the-customer by supporting input sessions Enterprise Clients to understand their technology and analytics requirements and gain feedback on implemented solutions for continuous improvement.
