For further inquiries regarding the following opportunity, please contact one of our Talent Specialists Amit | 224.507.1290 Lavanya | 224 369 0873 Title: UX Product Designer - Dealer Sales Location: Lisle, IL Duration: 6 Months Local Candidates Only to Lisle, IL must be able to come into the office at least 3 days a week Job Summary The Designer will own a sales flow's user experience. They will extend a semi-truck sales specification flow that supports sales staff in shepherding prospects and customers through the truck specification and purchase process. The designer will start from reusable components and flows defined by an outside agency to deliver and extend the dealer sales experience segment. This UX product designer will need experience seeking input from users, designing processes, flows, information architecture, prototypes and visual designs. They will validate work until it is proven usable, meet user story benefits, and improve performance against product KPIs. Must Haves: - Evidence-Based design work-ethic - eCommerce Cart Flow design experience - Information architecture + process design - Interaction Design/Prototyping - Visual design, + Development Specification - UX leadership to advocate for user needs while working collaboratively with the product team. - Ability to employ e-commerce UX conventions and successfully make the case for using them over less established approaches. Inputs Customers select truck specs and related products and services to build an order Outputs The proposal and estimate generated by the tool is shown in our systems and sent to the customer for approval.
