1. Handling Queries from UK, over calls and chat related to flights.
2. Accommodation, Excursions and car rentals.
3. Need to Keep a strong track of follow ups.
4. Target Based profile and great incentives.
5. Excellent Communication Skills.
6. Knowledge of GDS Such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, World Span is mandatory.
