JK Sevas Sr. Integration Consultants (IC) work closely with our clients, remotely and on-site (as necessary), to implement workforce management solutions. This position is responsible for hands-on process design, application build support, training, testing, go-live support and change management. You will be responsible for analyzing a situation and providing a fresh perspective. You will discover the most suitable solutions whether it is proposing a new IT system or implementing a full strategic plan. A great consultant is an expert in matters concerning their field. They have an excellent skill in identifying the cause of problems and presenting their solutions in a comprehensive and detailed manner. The goal is to help our business be more functional and successful.

Responsibilities

• Integration experience with hands-on design, development, testing, and deployment in enterprise applications.
• Experienced and knowledgeable about UKG Dimensions AND Great Plains accounting software.
• Able to assist in conducting the discovery session for the integrations.
• Able to work with an extensive business structure.
• Employee size is around 600 - 700 employees.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and within budget
• Manage integration and application timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resources

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• 3+ years of experience developing and integrating using UKG (Kronos), HCM or Dimensions (WFM) solutions.
• BSc/BA in business or relevant discipline; Further qualifications in a specialized field will be a plus
• Attention to detail to document system processes and configuration accurately and effectively.
• Ability to work as part of a team with clear verbal and written communication.
• Thorough knowledge of field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of advancements
• Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
• Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Analytical and creative
• A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines
• Certification in consulting or field of expertise is an advantage
