Job description:

The Technical Project Manager will lead the technical development and deployment of our innovative email client app. This role involves coordinating the project's technical aspects, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, project management skills, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the project's technical aspects, ensuring alignment with goals and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate communication between developers, designers, OPS, DevOps, stakeholders.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution within and outside project team.
• Manage project timelines, identify technical hurdles, and develop solutions.
• Ensure the project adheres to best practices in software development and deployment.
• Coordinate the project's resource allocation, including personnel, technology, and budget.
• Monitor project progress, report status updates to stakeholders, and adjust plans as needed.
• Create project plan, track deliverables, and ensure they adhere to the established timeline and quality standards.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Lead risk management efforts to minimize project risks and issues.
• Oversee the development of any user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree or master's degree in a related field with minimum 8-12 years of experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing development teams.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in project management with prior software development and delivery experience required.
• Familiarity with mobile app development and B2C/D2C.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies quickly with minimum lag time
• Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage tasks.
• Ability to work with multi location and multi-cultural teams to drive the execution & achieve results appropriately.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and SDLC process.
