Georgia's Integrated Eligibility System (IES), known as Georgia Gateway, is used by DHS to receive and process applications and perform eligibility determinations for the state's health and social services programs. The system was originally designed, developed, and implemented in 2017. Major system components include but are not limited to, a customer portal, worker portal (case management), business rules engine, workflow management, and document imaging and management.
