As the Sr. IT Infrastructure Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for leading and managing the company's IT infrastructure team serving the healthcare industry. This role will require a strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and an ability to devise effective IT strategies that comply with these regulations. You will also work collaboratively with stakeholders to integrate technology solutions to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team serving the healthcare industry
• Develop and implement IT strategies that comply with healthcare industry regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate technology solutions that improve patient outcomes
• Ensure the performance, availability, and security of the IT infrastructure
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of IT infrastructure activities
• Manage the budget allocated to IT infrastructure initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare industry stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with an emphasis on healthcare
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH
• Ability to devise effective IT strategies that comply with healthcare industry regulations
• Experience managing budgets allocated to IT infrastructure initiatives
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
