Job DescriptionJob description - Collecting and verifying employee data, including attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
- Calculating and processing employee salaries, wages, incentives, and other payroll-related payments.
- Preparing and submitting payroll taxes, social security contributions, and other statutory deductions to relevant authorities.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and data, and ensuring they are secure and confidential.
- Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll matters and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in Indian payroll regulations and ensuring compliance.
- Preparing payroll reports for management and providing analysis on payroll expenses.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities, on payroll-related matters.
