Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Executive - Business Ethics & Compliance (Pharma) at Universal HR Solutions in Mumbai. The Sr Executive will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with ethical and legal standards, developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting audits and risk assessments, and providing training and education to employees on compliance matters. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of business ethics and compliance in the pharma industry Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures Strong analytical and. problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with regulatory agencies and compliance requirements Ability to conduct audits and risk assessments Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
