Responsibilities: - Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Requirements: - Experience as a ServiceNow administrator and developer.
- Experience in various IT services of ServiceNow tool like Incident, Change, and Problem management, Service catalog requests, ServiceNow administration, Configuration Management Database, Knowledge Management, Reporting, Integration and Web services.
- Perform System, Application configuration and management, Change management.
- Enhancement and development in Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Service catalogs and Service portal.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and the ITIL business process.
