Full Job Description
a Service Manager to coordinate the activities our mechanic and driver staff including supervision, training and staffing. Time will be split between monitoring the shop, its activities and completing paperwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and direct staff to maximize service while minimizing cost
- Train employees on correct process for completing repairs
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the yard, shop and equipment
- Monitor reports concerning rental and owned equipment and implement proper solutions to maintenance and service issues
- Meet with Branch Manager to discuss and resolve branch related issues
- Interview candidates to maintain proper staffing levels
- Various administrative duties. Must maintain accurate files and log books
- Other duties, as assigned by Management

Qualifications:
- Previous Service experience required
- Some hands on work repairing equipment will be required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Previous rental experience a plus
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record
