Ciocca Chevrolet of West Chester is seeking a Business Development Center Representative to join our service team. We are looking for a tenacious individual that seamlessly connects with people with a positive, can-do attitude! The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a diverse range of people, be a strong leader and have an ability to work well under pressure. Our company is looking for a BDC Representative who can manage a high-volume number of inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner, they will also be responding to customer inquiries via email, SMS, and by phone daily. You must be able to provide our customers with an exceptional Ciocca experience!

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000+

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage inbound service phone calls
  • Make outbound calls with dealer provided prospecting list
  • Daily duties including making and confirming appointments
  • Directs customers to the appropriate departments as needed
  • Works directly with the service teams and managers
  • Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or email/SMS
  • Review vehicle history to advise customer of suggested services as well as inform the customer of recalls or service campaigns affecting their vehicle

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Previous Call Center/Customer Service experience is preferred
  • An excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to grow
  • An active listener to best understand customer needs and concerns
  • Ability to build rapport with our customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and interact with all colleagues including management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
