Full time/ Contract to Hire

 

Contract rate: $80 - 90/hr. (a few dollars flexibility depending on the experience)

W-2 up to 200k plus package

The Salesforce Solutions Architect will be expected to showcase continuously learning mindset, adopt contemporary techniques, and utilize their experience to assist with the transformation creating positive outcomes.



Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical expertise to support the strategic initiatives across Sales organization


• Review and advise on Salesforce platform solutions to ensure they comply with leading Salesforce architecture and development practices, align to internal integration patterns and practices, align to internal security and compliance needs, and adhere to CRM program architecture guiding principles


• Document as-is and to-be architecture solutions. Present complex solutions options and benefits to key technical program stakeholders


• Collaborate with product owners, business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and technical team members to translate business needs into Salesforce technical solutions


• Collaborate with other solutions architects, enterprise architects, product owners and Salesforce developers to solve technical challenges, while leveraging technical best practices and solution patterns for the Salesforce platform


• Set the strategy and management plan for the Salesforce Sandbox environments. Coordinate with internal security teams for user management and single sign-on (SSO) setup and maintenance


• Set-up and manage DevOps approach, including migration of development modules between Salesforce environments

 Qualifications

 

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology Business Administration


• 10+ years of demonstrated technology experience in an enterprise environment and applications delivery organizations


• Minimum 7+ years working with the Salesforce platform, working in Lightning/Communities, APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process  Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services, salesforce mobile application is a must


• Salesforce certified: Application Architect, System Architect


• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target), MuleSoft, ZynBit, Azure, Identity Connect, Gearset, Bitbucket, Provar, Splunk is a huge plus


• Experience with Agile Scrum delivery framework


• Experience working with distributed external resources and vendor teams (onshore and offshore)
