This is an in-person opportunity in our Birmingham, AL office in the 5 Points area.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce (CRM) Architect who can help with designing and implementing complex technical solutions for a top real estate investment firm. The perfect candidate would be responsible for designing the structure of new technology solutions, overseeing the implementation, and liaising with our internal development and data teams. This person would also provide subject matter expertise across all areas of strategy, evaluation, design, delivery, and quality assurance of technical solutions and services within the Salesforce Org, ideally with experience with Field Services and Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Meet with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, priorities, and expectations
• Select, design and/or develop software architectural solutions
• Architect and design enterprise-level application or system solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features for clients ensuring solutions are scalable, stable, and secure frameworks, platforms, or applications that meet business requirements and integrate with existing software.
• Lead and manage multiple large, complex projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (sales, planning, design, implementation, data migration, testing, deployment, and support)
• Configure, test, and deploy the Salesforce solution and any associated applications aligned with the Statement of WorkDesign, develop, and maintain Custom Objects, Tabs, Custom Apps, Workflow Automations (Flow, Process Builder), Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Data Export/Import, Application Support, Security Administration and Reports and Dashboards
• Utilize declarative automation tools such as Lightning Flow, Assignment & Escalation rules, Approval Processes as needed
• Develop and maintain system architecture design artifacts including Entity Relationship Diagrams, Automation Process Maps and their associations to Business Process Flows
• Monitor solution performance and recommend technological changes to increase uptime, stability, and security

Requirements

• Senior Salesforce Consultant: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification required or attainable within 1 year following promotion to job level
• Salesforce Architect: Application Architect and/or System Architect certification required or attainable within 1 year
• Additional Salesforce Certifications, as needed
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field preferred; or the equivalent years of relevant work experience and/or education required
• Minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce experience preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of Consulting experience preferred
