• Serve as Salesforce Technical/Solution Architect & Developr for custom application process built on Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud
• Manage and coach junior salesforce team members, perform peer reviews and ensure quality of work and deliverables align to the business goals & objectives
• Lead solution design for both strategic and tactical objectives
• Provide technical leadership to development team
• Own the UAT and Production deployments
• Experience in Utilities is a plus but not required
