TP-Link is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist for our Chino Hills, CA location.

Requirements
What were looking for:
As a Sales Support Specialist at TP-Link, you will assist the sales team with entering data into a proprietary database and processing orders in order to support the sales team, providing information internally and to customers regarding pricing, product information, shipping and orders, and researching and resolving any issues that come up.
What your future looks like:
- PO Processing/Order Processing
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to resolve inquiries
- Building and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt, friendly service
- Support the sales team in a variety of administrative tasks as required
- Provide support in other areas in order to support the companys success
- Generating tracking#/Packing list/Invoices
- Tracking shipments
- Refund/credit back customers
- Manage disputes and light claims
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Providing actionable insights to the sales team and operations management based on data analysis
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and maintenance of the customer requirements
- Streamlining sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between sales and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer support
- Serving as a point of contact for inquiries and escalations by customers
What youll bring to the table:
- Certificate from college or technical school or at least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Data Entry and Typing by Touch
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, (experience using formulas is a plus)
- Experience working with major retailers are a plus
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
- The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense
Benefits
Salary: $22-28/hr and Bonus
