Revenue Launch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a high-ticket sales consulting and recruiting company, we have built a strong reputation for helping our clients achieve outstanding results. We work with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Pace Morby from Subto, Ryan Pineda, and many more. As our Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our clients. You will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that our clients' targets are met.
Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies while closely monitoring and analyzing KPIs
- Provide sales training, guidance, and support to the sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience
Requirements - Must be living in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX
- Must have experience managing sales reps in the high-ticket space selling courses, online coaching, and other digital services
- Strong knowledge of the digital marketing and advertising industries preferred
- Experienced, motivated, and efficient, with a proven track record of scaling sales teams
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
