Job Description - Job Responsibility
To co-ordinate and schedule weekly and monthly Sales review meetings between MDO Team, BDMs, Sales Head and Sales Director and prepare MOM for the same Co-ordinate with MIS Team to ensure Sales Data is as per format and verified for gaps and errors. Further to ensure the same is ready for review meetings with management Co-ordinate with MIS team for timely and accurate submission of sales data to the sales team Prepare monthly review calendar for the sales meeting and ensure adherence to timelines Track the action items assigned in weekly meets to closure within the given timeframe Conduct productivity analysis and provide inputs to management as and when requested. Assist Sales Director on productivity analysis Device Strategies to improve business profitability and keep abreast of the latest market trends. Visit markets to understand the same at regular interval for further analysis Support the effective decision making system for the Sales Director by right analysis of market information/data in timely manner to further strengthen business sales Track and Prepare profitability for product-wise, area-wise, YTD etc. on monthly and quarterly basis. Further ensure the sales strategy objective is met and new business development is achieved as per requirements - Key Skills: Key Skills:
