As a Sales Closer, youll interact daily with business owners keen on growing their businesses, offering tailored digital marketing solutions to meet their unique needs. Youll use your sales knowledge and excellent communication skills to secure new opportunities and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, focusing on understanding and addressing their needs and identifying opportunities for additional services. This position is integral to our mission of empowering businesses to reach their full potential by providing exceptional service and solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and extensive online research.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and sustain a sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales objectives.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continual satisfaction and recognizing opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand the needs and requirements of customers and recommend our services that optimally meet their objectives.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and conditions as required.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to relay client feedback and insights.
  • Market Awareness: Remain informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our services.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the companys CRM software

Requirements

  • Passion for Digital Marketing: A genuine interest in digital marketing trends and strategies is essential.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in Sales Executive or similar roles is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver persuasive and impactful presentations of our services.
  • Influencing and Negotiating Skills: Proficient in influencing others and negotiating deals.
  • Motivation: Self-driven, with a strong desire to achieve results and meet targets.
  • Hubspot Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Hubspot.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive and adapt in a competitive environment.
  • Storytelling in Sales: Proficient in incorporating storytelling in sales strategies to enhance persuasiveness.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to address and overcome sales challenges.


Compensation:

  • Remote or Work in our Alpharetta, GA office (up to you)
  • Commission Based Salary
    • 10% - 20% per deal.
    • Working Inbound Leads (No setting or outbound)
