Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work locationKey Responsibilities: The primary objective for this role is work with industry clients and internal Solution Consultants to take business requirements, document design, program integrations for Client Dimensions using Boomi, support all testing phases and deploy them as part of the implementation lifecycle. The consultant should be able to lead a Client Dimensions implementation project from inception through deployment and deliver client success from an integration perspective. Works with client leadership and Client project members to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to all areas of API and Boomi integration. Be able to lead all phases of a UKG Dimensions Software implementation: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment using industry and UKG best practices. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify integration best practices, implement process improvements, and drives resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality.
