Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and capable individual for a full-time Real Estate Recruiter role responsible for full-cycle recruitment of licensed real estate agents to join/represent our growing business. Success in this role requires uncompromising excellence in all areas of recruiting with specific attention to real estate specific knowledge. This position is critical to our growth strategy and has a significant impact on organization health; strict adherence to the on-site attendance policy is essential. The incumbent is expected to conduct herself/himself in a manner that demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercises strict confidentiality in the appropriate areas of her/his performance.



Responsibilities:



Create, manage, and maintain strategic hiring process to identify, recruit, and retain high producing and high potential real estate agents; develop and effectively use organizational marketing materials to attract top agents.

Review and coordinate candidate applications, conduct phone interviews/screenings as needed, refer candidates to hiring managers, and participate in applicant interviews as needed.

Build and maintain aggressive number of successful licensed real estate agents within organization.

Manage the hiring, training and continuous development of the agents, integrating them into our platforms and performance standards.

Work with team to fill local industry events, business events, mixers, and open houses.

Identify and manage company presence/ representation at industry/job fairs; leverage appropriate lead sources as necessary to meet recruiting objectives.

Complete and distribute weekly and monthly staffing reports/metrics.

Perform adaptational administrative duties including the execution and coordination of pre-employment screenings, onboarding and orientation, document compliance tracking and reporting.

•    Perform and assist with duties, as required, to maintain workflow and meet deadlines

•    Notify management of obstacles, equipment or operating problems requiring the need for additional support and/or supplies

•    Participate in meetings and workgroups to acquire and maintain necessary levels of knowledge relating to business developments, industry requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines; collaborate on projects and communicate issues

•    Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work

•    Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies

•    Perform tasks, special projects and other duties as assigned



Qualifications:



Required



•    Cold calling (to existing agents) will be required

•    Recruiting and/or sales experience

•    High School diploma

•    Attendance and punctuality

•    Strong organizational skills, follow-through, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail

•    Strict confidentiality and integrity of client and company personally identifiable information (PII)

•    Problem management, multitasking, and time-management

•    Ability to communicate in a proficient and professional manner

•    Stress management/maintain composure

•    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office plus analytical ability and capacity to extrapolate information from database(s); simultaneously, effectively and efficiently work in multiple programs using multi-screens

•    Pro-active and positive



Preferred

•    Real estate background helpful

•    Bachelor’s degree preferred



Physical Requirements:



The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.



•    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear

•    This is largely a sedentary role however, some filing is required; this would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary
