Position: RPA Application Developer
Location: Lanham, MD
Duration: 1 base and 2 option years

Required Skills
Provide technical direction to Application Developers, as required, and provide peer review, to support program deadlines to support Program Manager.
Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of robotics automation and intelligent automation software packages, application integration and testing tools. Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products (robotics) based on client requirements.
Translate the solutions provided by business analysts into detailed documentation, develop efficient code which will support Section 508 compliance guidelines, execute Unit Testing, integrate with external partners, and provide holistic support throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Thorough knowledge of RPA and the related technical subject matter including but not limited to UiPath for effective solution deployment of automation use cases.
Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
Experience and knowledge in utilizing and developing in a variety of coding languages and tools such as, but not limited to python, .Net, Java, C#, and JavaScript

Experience
Current or Prior IRS experience is highly valued.
Minimum five (5) years relevant experience with application development, and two (2) years of automation tool experience
Completed UiPath Advanced Developer certification and credential.
