A highly reputable community hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Unit. In this role, you will assess symptoms, plan interventions, implement treatment plans, evaluate responses to interventions, and revise care plans based on overall effectiveness. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
- Document the care provided and the patients progress toward the desired goals.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on the plan of care and how to manage care after discharge.
- Administer medications to patients as needed/directed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active RN license.

- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule; 3x12
- Two shifts available: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- Pay; $30-48/hr., depending on experience, + differentials.
