Take control of QA process, planning, make sure governance is properly done around QA. We need to start with this person to take control and then add QA team behind them. SFDC footprint sales, service, omni channel, custom, storefront. Should know limitation of SFDC and be well versed in SFDC language. Must know Copado tool for QA
