Job Description:

• Conduct project execution in a global delivery model, team management for delivery of projects using various methodologies (Waterfall, AGILE - SCRUM).
• Strong in Manual Testing and need to have good knowledge in P&C Insurance domain.
• Perform feasibility analysis & estimations using various estimation techniques.
• Responsible to develop test strategy and test plan for enterprise level to implement various technical initiatives like automation, API Testing, functional, integration & regression testing test and defect management
• Detailed knowledge of defect tracking systems, STLC and SDLC.
• Create work plans monitor & track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
• Review the test deliverables & ensure delivery of the project tasks as per the test plan.
• Knowledge of QA process metrics to measure and improve the quality of the processes.
• Strong attention to detail with respect to documentation and communication.
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
